Follow-up inspection conducted. Follow up to MTRG-ANZRUE. The following infractions were corrected since last inspection: - Grease/dust build up observed on slats of commercial fume hood has now been removed - Backplash and walls now free of mildew and food spillage accumulation - Food debris accumulation no longer observed on utensils and shelving - Handwashing station now equipped with paper towels in addition to hot/cold running water, liquid soap
