Confirmed ownership, still same company. Bleach used as approved sanitizer, wiping clothes stored in approved sanitizer ( at 100ppm ) 3 compartment sink is available for cleaning/sanitation of food equipment Janitorial facility - available for cleaning the floor and it is in the separate room. Hand wash station supplied with disposable paper towels Need your attention: ensure that all food products are stored off the floor at least 6in. No expired food products on the shelf ( just 2 chips removed at the time of inspection )
