All items from previous routine inspection dated April 2, 2019 have been corrected.
Food items in the coolers and freezers were organized and covered.
Miso soup - tofu and green onions kept in cooler and added to bowl per order.
Kitchen in sanitary condition - fume hood cleaned, underneath cooking area (liner changed) some touch up done in the kitchen (i.e. new back splash for the hand sink, some wall painting, etc.)
Miscellaneous items have been removed from the kitchen.
Generally, kitchen is now more organized. Ensure to follow your Sanitation Plan and cleaning schedule to ensure premises maintained in sanitary condition.
