Routine Inspection
-Hand washing sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels.
-Coolers at 4C or below.
-Both chest freezer and single door standing freezer at -18C or below.
-Both two door freezers range from -2C to -5C. Do not use for long term storage of frozen food as freezers should be -18C or below.
-No hot holding at the time of inspection.
-Surface sanitizer available in a bucket and registered at 200 ppm for chlorine. Wiping cloths stored in solution. Ensure solution is made at the start of opening and used to sanitize all surfaces.
-Low temperature dishwasher registered 50 ppm chlorine on plate surface during final rinse after 2 runs. Dishwasher must be tested daily to ensure sanitization is occurring,
-General sanitation satisfactory.
