Manager corrected issue by preparing the sanitizer solution. 200 ppm QUAT detected from the sanitizer solution and sanitize basin of the 3-compartment sink.
Please ensure to always have sanitizer solution readily available whenever food is being processed.

Observation: New stove added in the back of house however area Health Inspector was not notify of this addition.
Corrective Action(s): Send the area Health Inspector an updated floor plan of the facility.
Whenever there is a change in the facility (including the addition or removal of equipment), operator must provide the area inspector an updated floor plan for approval prior to making any changes.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including staff washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units, including display coolers, were at ≤ 4C.
Chest freezer and display freezer noted at -18C.
All food stored protected.
Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
General cleanliness and organization satisfactory.
Manager FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent certificate verified and within expiry date - expires August 2027
