*General sanitation is good - except inside oven - clean it
Paper towel & liquid soap are provided at all sinks
Bleach solution > 100ppm in spray bottle
General sanitation is very good at time of visit.
No sign of pests noted
*Low temp dishwasher: not enough sanitizer detected for two run, bucket is changed and- then third run >50 ppm- ensure to monitor it at least once daily and record in a log sheet
* Ensure to organize the storage room
* discuss no frying of any foods on stove due to domestic hood over stove

* Temp log sheet is not maintained: record monitoring data every day and keep data on site for inspection. Add monitoring data for dishwasher
