Observation:
Homemade crackers stored in ziploc bags were found onsite in a cardboard box. Operator informed that this was for personal use. The exact same violation was coded in the previous routine inspection.
Corrective Action(s):
Remove crackers in ziploc bags from premises immediately. Homemade food items are not permitted to be stored onsite. Any food that is stored in the premises is assumed for sale and must be from an approved source. If unapproved food items are present onsite in future inspections, this will lead to further progressive enforcement including a Correction Order, Closure Order and Violation Ticket.
