Observation: Rodent droppings found in back corner of retail area adjacent to gold cupboard and found under front cash cupboards. .

Corrective Action(s): Spray rodent droppings with 200ppm chlorine solution or equivalent. Remove droppings from area. Wet affected area with 200ppm chlorine or equivalent and soak area.
Inspect facility for points of entry for pests. Seal any holes.
Have traps set in this area specifically as it appears to be a regular area for pest congregation.

NOTE: Dipper well was turned OFF during inspection as facility only turns on when ice cream is sold - customer approached and item was turned on. Ensure that once ice cream sales begin again the dipper well is turned on
