A follow-up inspection was completed:
- General sanitation level is good. Premises has been cleaned from top to bottom. All cobwebs, food stains, and debris has been cleaned off all walls, floors, surfaces legs of equipment, undersides, and handles. Great job.
- Exhaust canopy was professionally cleaned.
- The outdoor food processing are has been cleaned up. Weeds and gravel have been removed around the smoker and gas range so any food spills can be washed or hosed away, to prevent the attraction of pests.
- All unnecessary items, old/broken equipment, and items that are not required to run the business have been removed from the premises. The premises is clean, organized and decluttered.
- Great work. All in order.
**Structural improvements are need to walls (holes, exposed wood frame), floors (cracked & chipped floor tiles), and air return vents (open and exposed). Save money to complete these improvements in the next 10-18 months.**
