- Follow-up to inspection conducted on October 19, 2023 (Report #YTAN-CWRRV6). - Cleaning behind/under cook line and in storage areas has been completed. - No mouse droppings noted at time of inspection. - Ensure to obtain more pest-proof storage bins with secure lids for use in storage areas, and try to keep all items at least 6 inches off the floor. - Please continue monitoring for new rodent droppings on a daily basis, cleaning and disinfecting affected areas as needed.
