Observation: At the 3 compartment sink in deli area closests to right side, staff are placing wet clean dishes on top of a drawer to dry. The water is dripping down along the sides of the drawer causing grime/dirt/mold to buildup.
Corrective Action(s): Install a proper drying rack at your 3 compartment sink for dishes to dry at.
