Corrective Action(s): Staff remade the sanitizer at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration. Ensure to have sanitizer available at all times.

Observation: Three sticky traps soiled with mouse droppings and cockroaches.
Corrective Action(s): Replace ALL sticky traps with new traps and ensure to monitor the traps regularly.

Observation: - Greasy floors throughout the kitchen.
- Dirt and grease build up underneath the sinks, around the shelves, around the grease trap, around the handwash sinks, and underneath the prep table.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the areas noted above and implement a deep cleaning schedule. This will be checked during the next follow up inspection.
