Please ensure walkin cooler door is closed firmly Hand washing sink equipped kick plates reinstalled at coolers all temperatures meet health requirements dishwasher tested at 75.6C at plates surface at time of inspection Timers are in place at slicers to ensure cleaning & sanitizing is completed atleast every 4 hours - this is great temp logs maintained Quats @ 200ppm
