Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Measures, cups and containers are washed but not sanitized. Operator filled up the sink with Bleach solution 50-100 ppm. Dishware are to be sanitized after use. Three-compartment dish washing poster is posted on the wall.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to follow three compartment sink dish washing process according to Fraser Health manual dish washing sign. Properly fill up sanitizer ( Bleach solution 50-100 ppm) in the sink and sanitize dishware after rinse.

Routine inspection
- Hand washing stations are provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
- General sanitation is satisfactory. Hard to reach areas and under the equipment are to be cleaned.
- Ensure to unblock the mob sink.
- Dry storage is well lit and food are stored off the floor. Consider re-organizing shelves so that access to mob sink is not blocked.
- All coolers are at or below 4C
- Freezers are at or below -18C
- Cleaning and Sanitizing the counters and door handles were discussed. Wiping clothes are to be stored in the sanitizer solution at all time.
- No obvious sign of pest at this date
