-Follow-up inspection to August 4, 2020.
-Prep cooler was serviced and was at 4C (top and bottom). Continue to monitor cooler and contact service technician if temperatures exceed 4C.
-Kitchen staff member had confirmation of enrollment FOODSAFE Level 1 course. Exam to be completed on August 12, 2020.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles were properly labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Ice machine was cleaned and sanitized. Ensure staff clean and sanitize ice machine on a regular basis to prevent contamination of ice.
-Accurate thermometer present in cooler unit.
-General cleaning has been carried out. Ensure facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
-Glass washer was serviced and had a final rinse of 12.5ppm iodine on the glass surface (minimum of 12.5ppm required for proper sanitizing).
