Comments

-Meat slicer still has not been cleaned and sanitized. Fully disassemble, clean and sanitize -Cleaning has not been done. Ensure wall and floor under pizza assembly line has been cleaned. -Pizza hot holding oven needs to be repaired but it's not being used currently. -Main hand washing station in not working order. 3-compartment sink being used in the meantime to wash hands. Station was supplied with soap and paper towel during inspection. Reattach the plumbing for main hand-sink. Remove items in front of hand-sink to be accessible. -No staff on site with a valid Foodsafe Certificate. Ensure one person at all times has Foodsafe at all times. All items to be corrected by June 22/22
