Produce area: Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Walk-in freezer was at -21 deg C. Walk-in cooler was at 1-3 deg C. Cut fruits were stored in the display cooler at 4 deg C or colder. Produce cooler were at 4-5 deg C. All products were stored off the floor. General sanitation was satisfactory.
