-Followup inspection -2 jugs of garlic oil previously made have been discarded. -Food safety plan regarding the garlic oil will need to be updated and re-submitted. Ingredient amounts, and handling procedures will need to be listed on the plan. This includes cooling procedures. -Discussed processing of garlic oil with operator. Garlic product specifications will need to be submitted to the Environmental Health Officer. Small batches to be made only. Cooling logs to be kept on site for garlic oil.
