Routine inspection conducted today: Note: Kitchen was not preparing food at the time of inspection. Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. Refrigeration unit was at 4C. Freezer unit was at -18C. All food contact items were noted in a sanitary condition. Cutting boards were noted in good condition. High temperature dish machine was at 79.5C at the plate level during the rinse cycle. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection. Chlorine sanitizer solution available. 200 PPM bleach detected.
