Knife rack in sushi bar has been relocated away from the garbage can.
Coolers and freezers are equipped with thermometers.
Fluorescent light tubes for the light fixtures missing covers are now fitted with plastic protective sleeves. Discussed with operator to ensure the protective sleeves are used with both end caps installed.

Did not observe food handlers reusing disposable gloves or using disposable gloves for more than one task without changing them.
