200ppm bleach solution set up a tupperware for manual warewashing.
General sanitation satisfactory.
Dry goods stored in pest proof bins.
Meat slicer appeared in sanitary condition.
Health permit posted.
No signs of pests at time of inspection. Droppings were not observed in other parts of the premises.
- Operator receives pest control services from ACPC when needed.
- Last service from March 2022 reported no activity.
- Should activity become apparant again, services must continue monthly.
