Routine Temperature controls: Prep cooler: 1.9 deg.C Stand up cooler: 0.1 deg.C Domestic fridge/freezer: 4 deg.C / -16 deg.C (items were solid to touch) Stand up freezer: -19 deg.C Chest freezer: -18 deg.C Stand up cooler in dining room: 1 deg.C General: Handsink fully supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towels. 200ppm bleach solution set up a tupperware for manual warewashing. General sanitation satisfactory. Dry goods stored in pest proof bins. Meat slicer appeared in sanitary condition. Health permit posted. No signs of pests at time of inspection. Droppings were not observed in other parts of the premises. - Operator receives pest control services from ACPC when needed. - Last service from March 2022 reported no activity. - Should activity become apparant again, services must continue monthly.
