Corrective Action(s): Remove the garbage bin from the way; hand sink must be available all the time.

- Do not store any food or utensils in the washroom.

Comments

General sanitation - satisfactory.
Hand sinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towel; hot/cold running water.
All cooler temperature <= 4.0 C.
Freezer temperature - 18.0 C.
3- compartment sink - satisfactory.
Surface (Bleach) sanitizer - available. Note: bit high/ it is bleached out test strips - please do proper dilution of Bleach when you prepare a solution (as per your sanitation plan).
Storage - little messy (Eg., equipment (hot holding unit) stored in the walk-in cooler with different vegetables).
Staff washroom - satisfactory.

Friendly Reminder:
- Observed in the walk-in cooler 2 big plastic boxes with Cream 33% - pass before expiration date (June 26, 2022).The operator claimed that order was big. Cream was not used on time; and will be not used.
- Cooked food must be properly stored in a cooler or hot holding unit - not at room temperature (storage at room temperature required a time tracking and must be in the food safe plan).
