Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BC2STA:

- Hot holding unit maintaining temperature at 67C. Ensure to monitor the hot holding unit (min 60C). The hot holding unit requires cleaning both outside and inside.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottle at 100ppm chlorine concentration.
- Surface sanitizer stored in properly labeled spray bottle to sanitize food contact surfaces.
- The operator must install paper towel and soap dispensers at the main handwashing station to properly wash and dry hands. This will be verified during the next follow up inspection.
