Observation: 1. Found food sitting on the floor (i.e. onions, butter chicken insert) in the back room and in walk in cooler
2. Found multiple food items being put away without being covered in coolers, and freezers
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure all food items are store 6"/15 cm off the floor at times.
2. Ensure all food is properly covered with lids or plastic wrap when being put away.
