-Coolers operating at/below required temperature of 4'C; Freezer operating at required temperature of -18'C.
-Temperature monitoring system in place. Logs maintained.
-200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles. 3 compartment sink equipped properly for manual warewashing.
-General food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
-Tools maintained in sanitary condition.
-No evidence of pest activity observed. Back storage area satisfactory.
-Washroom satisfactory.
