Followup inspection to Rpt # SMAW-B4TW2R: Servicing completed by Okrin Pest Control. Technician has removed all fly strips hung above/around food preparation vulnerable to contamination. New gold stick fly traps installed in strategic areas to catch flies. 3 functional light traps in use away from areas where food is processed/handled. 1 installed by the ladder leading to the roof. Less than 5 flies observed in the premise. No flies observed in the front donut display case. Back door closed at time of inspection. Continue to monitor fly population and consult with pest control technician on further action if required. Reminder to keep back door closed at all times. Promptly close back door when taking out garbage and when receiving deliveries. Clean spills immediately. Clean premise on a regular basis. Focus cleaning efforts in hard to reach areas, under and behind equipment. If fly problem persists as mentioned by the Orkin Pest Control Technician consider installing a plastic curtain for back exit door to prevent fly entry.
