Observation: Pest droppings observed in the following locations:
- Under and behind coolers and freezers
- Under chemical storage shelves
- Under stairs
- Under wire shelf's in the room with the backdoor
- Near and on top of canned foods on shelves
- Under electric breaker area
- Under shelves in client item storage
- On shelves with unused pots and pans (in the room with the back exit door)
- In the corner with the log books (under shelves and between boxes)
Corrective Action(s): Staff reported to observing 1-2 mice sighting within the last week. Operator increased pest control frequency to once a week. Please email a copy of the pest control report as the documents were not available at the time of inspection. Highly recommend a professional cleaning company to do a deep cleaning of the entire downstairs area with special attention to the locations mentioned above.

- High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 80.0C on dish surface
- Upper level dry storage maintained in a clean and sanitary manner
- Pest control servicing from bi-monthy to weekly due to high levels of pests
- Vent observed to be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner
- Proper defrosting practices observed
- Proper hand washing practices observed
- Staff onsite Foodsafe level 1 certified
