Follow up inspection to report #262390 - Rodent droppings were removed from premises. General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate - Debris cleared under kitchen equipment - Ventilation hood was in good working order - Dish pit sink was in good working order - Lights in kitchen area still are missing covers - operator is aware and is currently attempting to find appropriately sized covers **Operator must provide Health Officer with Pest control records; records should be accessible and kept on-site Please contact the health officer if you have any questions or concerns
