A routine inspection completed:
- Walk-in-freezer installed and temperature was -22C. Walk-in-cooler temperature was 1C. Thermometer present and electronically monitored and message sent to operator if temperatures change drastically.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- 2-comp sink removed and 2 mobile prep, soaking sinks installed instead.
- Coolers below 4C and freezer was -19C; thermometers present and temps recorded daily.
- All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves or racks; foods stored on food grade containers with lids; and foods stored in groups.
- General sanitation level is good.
- Professional pests company monitors on a monthly basis. Tin cans found inside premises and bait boxes along the exterior walls.
- Door sweeps installed on the base of exterior doors.
- All action items from initial inspection have been completed.
- Premises can produce at full capacity, as per their proposal.
- Conditions removed from the health approval.
- All in order.

ACTION
- Put silicone sealant between the metal plates and floor of the walk-in-freezer to prevent food from accumulating under the metal plate.
