-Follow-up inspection to October 3, 2016.
-Bleach solutions were tested at 200ppm at the time of inspection. Sanitizer pails were properly labelled at the time of inspection. Sanitizer pails are to be labelled to prevent accidental mixing or misuse of chemicals. Once labels begin to fade or fall off, ensure containers are relabelled.
-Handwash station shared with the 3-compartment sink properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Did not observe food items double stacked or foods stored on the floor at the time of inspection.
-A couple scoops were still found stored inside dry ingredient containers. Scoops are to be stored in a sanitary manner at all times. If staff continue to store scoops inside ingredient containers, labels are to be placed on containers to remind staff of proper scoop storage.
