Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs sanitizer spray bottle measured at 200ppm for the front servicing area. QUATs dispenser and sanitizer bucket in the kitchen area measured at 200ppm.
Glasswasher measured at 72.2C final rinse. 2-compartment sink available.
Undercounter cooler, beverage coolers, walk-in cooler measured at 4C. Walk-in freezer, chest freezer measured at -18C.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.

Overall, facility is well organized and sanitation satisfactory.
