Routine inspection conducted.

-General sanitation is good at the time of inspection.
- Walk-in cooler at 4 deg C.
- Walk-in freezer at -16 deg C.
- Prep cooler bit above 4 deg C (top and bottom) at the time of inspection/during/inspection conducted at a lunch time/. Please ensure that this cooler at 4 deg C or below.
- Front customer area cooler at 4C.
- Upright coolers at 3 deg C.
- Back storage area/coolers below or at 4 deg C.
- Hot holding greater than 60 deg C (heated to greater than 74C prior to placing in hot holding unit).
- High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 71 deg C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
- Handwash stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single use paper towels.
- Quats sanitizer pails tested at 200 ppm.
- Quats sanitizer (front/spray) at 200 ppm.
- Deli slicer was clean and well maintained. Slicer is properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
- Ice machine clean and well maintained. Scoop stored safely at the time of inspection.
- General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and covered. Foods in customer area protected from potential contamination.
- Dry storage food items properly stored off the floor and in good condition.
- No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. Traps are set and empty.
- Washroom clean and sanitary.
