- Premise well maintained. - New walk in cooler installed - Premise still require walk in freezer to be installed. Operator mentioned that installation of walk in freezer will be complete by Jan 2022 - Currently premise is using a trailer unit converted into a walk in freezer. At time of inspection temperature was at -18C - No concerns at this time - Please remove conditions on existing Health Approval
