Operator has Food Safe Level 1. Temperature records are being kept for food and cooler temperatures - good. Coolers are all at 4 C/ 40 F or colder. Hot holding - hot dogs, chicken wings, and taquitos are at 60 C / 140 F or hotter in hot holding cabinet - good. Hand washing sinks for staff are equipped with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers. Quats sanitizer is used and was at 200ppm (using your test strip). Pest control program, including monitoring, is in place. Washroom is cleaned as per cleaning schedule.
