Observation: Rodent droppings obseved throughout the facility, including:
- area under the microwave
- left side of kitchen hand washing station
- inside of cabinet under the blenders
- behind the cabinet freezer (northeast of the building)
Corrective Action(s): Soak rodent droppings with chlorine sanitizer (100 ppm) for 10-15 minutes to deactivate microorganisms before picking them up with paper towels. Correct this by: April 11, 2022.

Observation: 1. Observed a gap at the bottom of the back door (East side of the building).
2. Clutter noted in the back hall way and throughout the facility.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Install door sweep or rubber seal to cover the gap to prevent pest from entering. Correct this by: April 21, 2022.
2. Remove items that are not required for day to day operation. Pest can harbour behind cluttered areas. Correct this by: April 21, 2022.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Three compartment sink fully equipped and properly in use.
Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 100 ppm chlorine as per test strips.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
All freezers measured at -18C or less.
Hot holding at 60C or above.
No issues with food store part of the facility.
Routine pest control service in place. Continue to work with your pest control company and adhere to their recommendations.
