Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bucket for soaking cleaning cloth was measured at less than 50ppm quats
Corrective Action(s): - Fresh filled soluion from dispenser was measured at 200ppm quats concentration
- Change solution in bucket every 2-3 hours and ensure concentration is maintained at 200ppm quats

Comments

- All handsinks in kitchen and staff washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel.
-Dishwasher is measured dispensing 100ppm chlorine residual concentration (temp 55C) during final cycle.
-Sanitizer solution in bucked and in spray bottle is measured at 200ppm quats concentration.
-Test strips are available to measure the food contact surface sanitizer.
-Walk-in cooler is measured at temperature less than 4C.
-Walk-in freezer is measured at temperature less than -18C.
-Hot holding of food is not observed at the time of inspection.
-Food storage practices are satisfactory.
-No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection.
-Foodsafe Level 1 certification is verified.
-General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Adequate temperature logs are maintained
