Met with Heather, office Manager.
Total number: 40 ( 17 on the second floor )

The following observations and corrections have been done:
- 2nd floor: separate janitorial facility is provided and back flow preventer is installed
- daily temperature logs are available ( high temeparture dishwasher reached 83C: cooler 3C )
- back splash tiles are also installed
The cooler and freezer are missing accurate thermometers

Kitchen floor/basement:
janitorial facility - chemical dispensing system is installed and back flow preventer.
kitchen mop and mop bucket - separate from the housekeeping
