- Hand sinks are maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels - Hair nets & aprons worn by food handlers - 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available - Temperature log is in place (each batch is checked after cooking, refrigeration units are checked on an hourly basis) - Refrigeration units meet regulatory requirements (<4C coolers, <-18C freezer) - Cleaning and sanitizing of food equipment is adequate - Foods are stored off of floor - Organic garbage picked up every other day - Receiving area and garbage dumpster area are kept clean - Pest control service in place.
