Reinspection based on previous inspection report.
- Walk in cooler 3.4 C. Gauges noted. Monitoring required.
- Food Storage: All items are to be stored in covered, shallow, food grade containers. Continue efforts to keep all items stored off of floor in walk in cooler.
- Mechanical Dishwasher: Ensure all food contact surfaces are being washed and disinfected after use. All items are to be stored in a sanitary manner.
- Sanitation: Improved. Facility is to be kept clean and organized at all times. Common use carpet cleaning in dining room discussed.
