- Two compartment sink for manual warewashing maintained in sanitary condition, sink plugs available
- Quat sanitizer available at 200 ppm in spray bottle
- Bleach available for sanitizing dishes. Ensure to mix 1 oz of bleach per gallon of water for proper concentrations.
- Sandwich cooler measured to be at 2C, display cooler measured to be at 3C
- Upright freezer measured to be at -24C
- No hot holding at time of inspection. Soup only available during the winter months.
- All tongs in retail self-serve area were stored properly outside of bread bins, washed and sanitized daily
- Meat slicer maintained in sanitary condition
- General sanitation is good
- Food storage practices good
- No signs of pest activity noted
- Temperature records well maintained and up to date
