Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed rodent droppings in aisles 1 & 3 in the following areas:
- Aisle 1: on the right side near the dry spices
- Aisle 3: on the left side near the entrance of the aisle (one bottom shelf, one middle shelf and one shelf just below the top shelf)

No food observed affected in either aisle. These aforementioned shelves were not stocked with food near the droppings.
Corrective Action(s): Aisle 1 and 3 were closed at the time of inspection. Droppings were removed and shelves were sanitized with bleach solution by staff. Pest control company is contracted. Operator to submit copy of pest reports to the health inspector for review by June 21, 2023.

Observations:
- All display coolers measured at or below 4'C
- All bunker coolers at or below 4'C
- Dairy cooler at 0'C
- All freezers at or below -19'C
- Temperature logs are maintained on site
- General sanitation is satisfactory during inspection
- Hand washing stations at back produce preparation area are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration
- All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Canned food products observed in good condition
- Baby formula observed within expiration dates

Overall, major improvements in rodent activity and general sanitation. Cooler bunkers are observed not overstocked. Good job!
