- All handsinks equipped with hot/ cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Three compartment sink with plugs available for manual dishwashing. Bleach available
- All coolers measured to be at 4C or less. Thermometer present
- All freezers measured to be at -18C or less
- Temperature logs maintained and available
- Hot dog warmer measured to be at 60C
- Staff has valid and current FOODSAFE Level I certificate

1) Ensure that the trays for the condensate are replaced regularly to deter attractant of pests as few flies noted
2) Omean juice dispenser removed and not used in the premises as per the operator
