An updated menu and Food Safety/ Sanitation Plan was reviewed and accepted. Application form completed for the change in permit conditions- grilling and frying is now allowed. Table top element removed. All cooking areas must have a professional grade ventilation hood. Food storage containers purchased and they are all food grade. All foods in storage have lids.
