Observation: Fresh vegetable stored in cardboard boxes were stacked on top of each other. The bottom of the boxes were not in sanitary conditions.
Corrective Action(s): Do not stack boxes on top of each other to protect food from contamination. Alternatively, leave a food grade barrier in between the boxes. Correct by: today.

Follow-up inspection:
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Operator explained the cooling procedure at the time correctly.
- 200 ppm bleach sanitizer measured from pails.
- Ensure 2 compartment sink is set up for manual dishwashing when operation starts.
- Knives stored inside a food-grade plastic tray.
- Most food covered while stored inside the coolers.
- Operator currently in the process of replacing the dishwasher, tentative date on Jul 30, 2021. A follow-up inspection will be conducted to verify the condition.
