A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers were 4C or colder; freezer was -21C; hot holding units were above 60C; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily.
- High temperature dishwasher was above 71C at the plate's surface during the rinse cycle, as per themolabel.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles were 200ppm.
- Food storage practices done correctly. Foods stored in food grade containers, covered, in groups to prevent contamination, and 6" off the floor on shelves.
- Food handling practices done correctly. Utensils used to handle food and disposable gloves discarded after each use.
- Sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- No expired products in use or being sold. FIFO rules being followed.
- All in order.
