Hand wash stations supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers. Other sink for food preparation appears clean and in good repair. Cooler has working thermometer and is below 4C. Prep cooler was not turned on at the time of visit - ensure this reaches 4C before placing food inside. Fryer oil has been drained over the winter season. Grill top has significant rust - this will need repair or replacement before use. Surfaces for food preparation appear clean. Dish detergent and sanitizer is available on site - renters may have to supply appropriate sanitizer for food contact surfaces when facility is in use (e.g. 1tsp bleach in 1L water). No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
