Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): All sanitizer spray bottles registered at less than 200 ppm for quats.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer spray bottles were refilled with a fresh solution that registered at 200 ppm for quats.
Ensure bottles are refilled with a fresh solution as needed.

Observation: 1. Droppings observed near the mop sink/water tank area and behind some wired shelving in the dry storage area. Staff indicated these are old droppings and no rodent activity has been reported recently.Pest control records were verified.
2. Some fruit flies observed within the premises.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure all droppings are removed and area is sanitized. Monitor daily for new droppings. Correct immediately.
2. Follow the recommendations of the pest control company to address fruit flies.

Hand washing sinks equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels.
High-temperature dishwasher reached at least 71 C on plate surface during the final rinse.
Staff stated they obtained FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent training but did not have certificate on-site. Keep a copy of certificate on-site.
Reminders: containers of cooked chicken must be labelled with the correct 'use by' date stickers. Ensure containers are washed and santiized between uses.
