Follow up inspection for Inspection JFEN-AE8QMR
High temperature dishwasher has been repaired and measured 76.8C at the plate surface, 87 at the guage.
Violation 302 from the routine inspection has been corrected at this time. Closure order is rescinded; facility may commence operation.
Note: Operator had started prep in the kitchen approx. 20 minutes prior to arrival of inspector. The facility was closed under Section 32 of the Public Health Act and as such is not permitted to be operating, including preparing, until an inspector rescinds the closure order.

All other violations still outstanding. Ensure that they are corrected in time as per discussion with the district inspector.
