- Routine inspection conducted for the store.
- Bulk area maintained in sanitary condition. Scoops were properly stored in designated scoop holders.
- High-temperature dishwasher for bulk scoops/bins reached 72C at the dish surface and above 180F (82C) at the dishwasher's temperature gauge during final rinse. Good - minimum of 71C at the dish surface and 82C at the dishwasher's temperature gauge is required.
- Sinks in produce area maintained in sanitary conditions.
- Sinks for hand washing properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm. Test strips available for monitoring.
- Coolers measured 4C or colder.
- Freezers measured -18C or colder.
- Dishwasher in wine department reached 73C at the dish surface and 85C at the dishwasher's temperature gauge during final rinse. Good.
- General sanitation satisfactory at time of inspection.
- Regular pest control servicing in place.
