Routine inspection conducted: 4 ready to eat products are made at this kitchen and distributed to other Garcha Bros shops/stores: chicken kebabs, goat soup, "pickled" chicken and goat. These food items are prepared in the other Garcha Bros warehouse location and then brought to this location to cook (the warehouse location does not currently have approval to cook food items). Once cooked at this location, food items are brought back in a reefer truck to the warehouse for cold storage before being distributed to the various Garcha Bros Stores. Food safety plans have been submitted Copies of labels for above 4 items have been submitted Handsink equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water Upright cooler at 4 deg C Chest freezer at -22 deg C Floors are clean Operator will be sending copy of FoodSafe certificate No signs of pests
